Presently I am the director of STILLPOINT SCHOOLHOUSE and STILLPOINT YOGA STUDIO designed for willing individuals to achieve optimal health and well being. Ambitious? I agree, but when based on my 30 years of study, experience and practice I feel I have something to contribute. In the process I have had the enlightening challenge to create a diverse practice that has shaped my life and led me to share this knowledge with others. These include the present StillPoint Yoga Studio, the Body Rejuvenation Cleanse, Cooking the Basics, and the Ha-Tha Yoga Method teacher training. I teach daily yoga classes, weekend workshops and yearly trainings for individuals aspiring to teach in their local communities.
Fabio Viviani is the owner and executive chef of Cafe Firenze, a renowned Italian restaurant in Ventura Country, and Osteria Firenze, a popular Los Angeles Italian eatery. Aside from working in his restaurants Fabio has many projects that he is passionate about- when he's not busy promoting healthy eating for children, he is also an endorser of Italian mineral water producer San Pellegrino, Bialetti Cookwear, Bertolli Olive Oil, and Santa Margarita Winery. Fabio Viviani has published two successful cookbooks including the Cafe Firenze Cookbook and an e-book Did I Really Make Breakfast which made it onto multiple Amazon bestseller lists within weeks of release. Fabio is perhaps best known in America for appearing on season 5 of Bravo's reality series Top Chef and earning a place among the final four contestants. Before he was eliminated from the competition, he was named Fan Favorite. Fabio returned to Bravo in 2010 to compete in their Top Chef All Stars edition.
As a former Top Chef Contestant, Nikki operates 24 Prince Restaurant in New York City as the chef and co-owner. Trained for many years in back of house and in front of house operations with great chefs like Jean-Georges, Shaun Doty and Anne Quatrano, Nikki believes a great chef must understand how to run a business as well as possess outstanding cooking skills. She is also a certified sommelier with extensive wine knowledge. Nikki loves not being restricted to any one particular cuisine and experiments with flavors and ingredients from all over the world. She considers growing up in New York to be the best culinary education one can obtain and says her family and friends constantly tease her about how passionate she is about food. Her future plans are to expand her restaurant group with several new concepts.

Born in Los Angeles, California, Executive Chef Ben Diaz has always had a fascination with cooking, which stemmed from watching his father (an already accomplished chef himself) cooking and making breakfast. “Watching my dad cook breakfast and seeing the passion he had for his craft really inspired me, ” says Chef Ben. Diaz is a graduate of France’s prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. He is a coveted freelance chef and consultant who has been inducted into the Cambridge “Who’s Who of Culinary Professionals.” Chef Ben holds six certifications, including Master Certified Food Executive and Certified Executive Chef, and he has worked alongside the world’s top chefs as a member of the Los Angeles Chefs de Cuisine Association. Chef Ben also finds time in his busy schedule to work with local charities most notable are the Boys and Girls Club of San Gabriel and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Irvine. Currently Chef Ben is working on several new projects; one being the introduction of his own line of spice blends, is currently on the culinary council board for Basil Magazine, and has his own column named “The Secret Ingredient”. Chef Ben also assists with Ecole de Cuisine and Environmental Chef Services. Chef Ben has worked in some of the best restaurants in town including Brookside Country Club and Stockdale Country Club where the main focus was on fresh seasonal and locally grown produce, with all the knowledge that Chef Ben possesses he has no plans on slowing down.
