Today's meditation is designed to assist you in rebalancing and realigning your chakras. "Chakras are our energy centers. They are the openings for life energy to flow into and out of our aura. Their function is to vitalize the physical body and to bring about the development of our self-consciousness. They are associated with our physical, mental and emotional interactions." (healing.about.com) When our chakras are out of alignment physical dis-ease may present itself. It's quite simple to move your chakras back into alignment in an easy meditative process through your intention. Join us in this beautiful meditation to help realign your chakra centers restoring perfect health and harmony to your body, mind and spirit. All of Julie's classes are infused with the beautiful energy of the Crystal Bed which works on color, crystal and light therapy. The crystal bed will be running during the meditation so everyone will also experience an automatic chakra cleansing and clearing removing any blocks or interference to your highest good.
