This five-week class will address the topic of self-care: define what it is, discuss why we have barriers to participation in good self-care, address different areas of self-care, and help participants create their own plan of self-care. Points are awarded within 4 weeks of completion. PLEASE NOTE: PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEND 3 OUT OF 5 SESSIONS LIVE TO EARN THE BE FIT PROGRAM POINTS. *Benefits-eligible employees and medical-enrolled spouses and adult dependents.
Completion of this certification is highly recommended for all instructors before leading a class at Learn It Live or any Learn It Live site. It covers the basic functionality of the platform and virtual classroom. Total estimated time to complete is 25-40 minutes.

This class addresses the importance of sleep, the science of sleep and how to create health sleep habits with exercise, diet and life balance.
