Join us for a guided meditation from one of PGIHH's coaching staff members. You may join and leave any time during the scheduled meditation to suit your schedule. Meditations will include offerings such as guided imagery, mindfulness meditation, body scan and loving kindness.

This five-week class will address the topic of self-care: define what it is, discuss why we have barriers to participation in good self-care, address different areas of self-care, and help participants create their own plan of self-care. Points are awarded within 4 weeks of completion. PLEASE NOTE: PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEND 3 OUT OF 5 SESSIONS LIVE TO EARN THE BE FIT PROGRAM POINTS. *Benefits-eligible employees and medical-enrolled spouses and adult dependents.
Completion of this certification is highly recommended for all instructors before leading a class at Learn It Live or any Learn It Live site. It covers the basic functionality of the platform and virtual classroom. Total estimated time to complete is 25-40 minutes.
A one hour fully guided healing meditation to uplift the mind, spirit and body for the week ahead.
