This three-week course helps participants understand the importance of sleep, the science of sleep and how to prepare your body and mind for a restful night's sleep. The course also includes a one-on-one sleep consultation to help participants get the most out of their sleep (see Additional Information below). *Eligible participants are benefits-eligible Allina Health employees and medical-plan enrolled spouses or adult dependents.
