This three-week course helps participants understand the importance of sleep, the science of sleep and how to prepare your body and mind for a restful night's sleep. We spend about 30% of our lives sleeping, yet many of us feel like we don't get enough quality sleep. This class will talk about the process of sleep and teach you a technique to help you fall asleep faster.
