This six-week lifestyle series will reinforce why wellness and prevention are so important, and help you find the motivation you need to lead a happy and healthy life. Each week, an Integrative Health and Wellness professional from Penny George Institute for Health and Healing will cover one of the following topics: Wellness and Prevention for Your Best Life, Motivation Matters, Fitness for Every Body, Healthy Nutrition, Happiness Boosters, and Restoring Body and Mind.

Instructions for Successfully Completing a Be Fit Reasonable Alternative Certification:

1. Go to the listing for the e-learning you wish to access and click the orange Register Now button.

2. On the next page, click the orange Access Recording button.
