This five-week class will address the topic of self-care: define what it is, discuss why we have barriers to participation in good self-care, address different areas of self-care, and help participants create their own plan of self-care.

Points are awarded within 4 weeks of completion. PLEASE NOTE: PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEND 3 OUT OF 5 SESSIONS LIVE TO EARN THE BE FIT PROGRAM POINTS.

About Creator
Diane is a certified Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches and she has also completed Therapeutic Coach training through the Meta Institute. She brings 14 years of nursing experience including positions in the Emergency Room, Endoscopy and Hospice to her work as a Wellness Coach. This combination of compassionate nursing alongside intuitive coaching enables clients to take an active role in their health and receive meaningful support and accountability to become who they want to be. Special interests include the role of spirituality in health and assisting caregivers with their own self-care.
