Do you struggle to set boundaries in your personal or work life? In this 3-week class, you will explore your priorities and values, understand why setting boundaries is difficult and create a strategy for setting a boundary in your life. In addition to the 3 sessions, you will also have a 30-minute session with a coach to help you solidify your boundary plan.

About Creator
Molly has been providing health and wellness coaching with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing since 2007. She is a certified health and wellness coach through Wellcoaches and holds a master's degree in counseling and human resource development. As a coach, Molly partners with her clients to help them explore what health and wellness means for each individual, and the steps they need to take to reach their goals. With certifications in neuro-linguistic psychology, hypnotherapy and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Molly has a strong understanding of how to help others make behavioral changes. Her specialties include coaching for weight loss, sleep improvement, motivation and mindfulness.
