Michelle is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in coaching. Her work experience includes corporate wellness programming, community and clinical coaching, instruction of group fitness classes, personal training and public health work. Michelle enjoys partnering with individuals to help them discover what lifestyle behavioral changes they can adapt or maintain to be their best self.
