THIS CLASS IS BEING OFFERED ONLINE ONLY TO ELIGIBLE* PARTICIPANTS. COMPLETION OF ALL SESSIONS IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE PROGRAM POINTS.

This three-week course helps participants understand the importance of sleep, the science of sleep and how to prepare your body and mind for a restful night's sleep. The course also includes a one-on-one sleep consultation to help participants get the most out of their sleep (see Additional Information below).

*Eligible participants are benefits-eligible Allina Health employees and medical-plan enrolled spouses or adult dependents.

COMPLETION OF ALL SESSIONS is required to earn the Be Fit Well-being Program points for this class. About Creator
Molly has been providing health and wellness coaching with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing since 2007. She is a certified health and wellness coach through Wellcoaches and holds a master's degree in counseling and human resource development. As a coach, Molly partners with her clients to help them explore what health and wellness means for each individual, and the steps they need to take to reach their goals. With certifications in neuro-linguistic psychology, hypnotherapy and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Molly has a strong understanding of how to help others make behavioral changes. Her specialties include coaching for weight loss, sleep improvement, motivation and mindfulness.
