By using your own bodyweight, you can get extremely fit. Whether you're at home or at work, you can always get a good workout in. You'll learn full body workouts that can be adjusted via intensity levels. This will allow you to shorten or lengthen each workout for your personal needs. No more excuses as to why you can't workout.
Find out your personal "reason why" that leads to creating the motivation to get healthy and fit. Whether it's intrinsic or extrinsic, motivation towards health is what keeps us going to take continuous action. In this class you'll be given assignments to discover those reasons and to take action using them. Additionally, you will also be given specific mental tools that will help you in many other areas of your life as well.
