Three of the most destructive words to our ability to thrive are Coulda, Woulda, and Shoulda. How many times have we felt guilt, regret, and shame over our actions? I know that, when I started a deliberate forgiveness practice, it was *so* much easier to forgive others their transgressions than to forgive myself, for I *knew* how much I'd screwed up. But as long as we carry that guilt, we are not only chaining ourselves to our past, but we are depriving the world of what we could become. In The Power of Self-Forgiveness, you will learn: * How self-forgiveness can open up your life * Why we judge ourselves so harshly * Specific ways that you can learn how to make peace with your past If you find yourself awake at night, helplessly obsessing over things youve done wrong, please join me, and Ill help you make peace with yourself so you can live your life with confidence, gratitude, and love.
Would you like to live and love more courageously, especially in your intimate relationship? Are you sometimes bored, frustrated, annoyed or feeling like something is just "missing" in your relationship yet not sure what to do next? In this class we will explore in depth the first major step in taking your relationship from ordinary to extraordinary. And yes, it does take courage and a willingness to do things differently. We will look at and uncover some of the core beliefs that keep people from thriving in intimate relationships.
"Feeling fat" keeps you from living your life. You try diet after diet, fueled by a barrage of negative self-talk and motivated by pictures of impossibly skinny, photo-shopped supermodels—but it always ends in disappointment. And as each diet fails, you beat yourself up and jump back on the dieting hamster wheel. You think you need a new diet, but what you really need is to let go of the 5 Fattitudes that are keeping you stuck. Because the truth is, "feeling fat" is your biggest problem. It turns positive, healthy choices into punishments for not being perfect. Rather than channeling energy into the willpower you need, you waste it on beating yourself up. Learn how to stop these Fattitudes in their tracks. In this class, I'll teach you how to shift your mentality and tackle your diet and exercise regimen with empowerment, grace and the stamina to keep going.

Dr. Michelle Cleere Dr. Michelle's passion is unlocking the power of the mind so that elite performers can play better and happier. She coaches athletes, musicians, academicians, business leaders and other people who need to perform consistently at a high level. Performance Psychology Ph.D. Dr. Michelle holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and a M.A. in Sports Psychology. She serves on the faculty of JFK University. Her research focuses on how the mind can be trained to improve performance and endurance. Her competitive spirit as a college basketball player and amateur triathlete inspired her to explore sports psychology to improve her own performance. Her big a-ha moment came in 1997 when coaching a team of amateur triathletes, most of whom were beginners. Simple mental skill training, perspective shifts and emotional support yielded almost magical results across the team. People who hated running learned to power up hills with mantras. People who were terrified of swimming in open water overcame their fear with visualizations. Everyone completed their race-including the woman who showed up to the first practice with a snorkel mask and fins-and most kept competing. Since then, Dr. Michelle has helped hundreds of athletes who compete in sports that require a high degree of mental endurance and toughness such as tennis, golf, triathlon, marathon, cycling and beach volleyball. She has also worked with concert musicians, academics competing for tenure and business executives. Collaborations and Publications Dr. Michelle collaborates with Dr. Oz, the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Sharecare. She writes about elite performance and the mind-body connection for Triathlete Magazine, USA Triathlon, United States Professional Tennis Association, Professional Tennis Registry. She has authored two books: Shifting Gears: How Women Triathletes Balance Life with Sport and The Experience of Participating in a Triathlon.
