Michelle has been providing health and wellness coaching with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing since 2015. She is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Some of her previous experience includes work with employee wellness programs, health screenings, community coaching, worksite wellness, group fitness, and personal training. Her specialties include lifestyle and well-being, physical activity, and weight management. Michelle is available for individual health and wellness coaching and group coaching, as well as educational and motivational presentations.
